Free Puppycat Crochet Pattern

free puppycat crochet pattern. puppycat sitting on a pink games consolve remonte
Has anybody else watched Bee and Puppycat? I haven’t watched the original episodes, but I saw the remake on Netflix and I thought it was amazing! I can’t wait to go back and watch the old ones. Of course, I was super inspired to make my own Puppycat, and I wanted to make him as fluffy and grumpy as possible! If you enjoy this pattern, consider following my Twitter and Instagram where I’m always making lots of new crochet friends!

Puppycat Crochet Pattern Assembly

Sew the ears to the head between rnds 3-6. Sew the pink ear centres to the front of the ears. Attach the body to the bottom of the head and the arms to the top of the body, directly underneath the head.

Sew the legs to either side of the body and the tail to the back. I’d recommend sitting your Puppycat on a flat surface as you add these parts to make sure he sits well. I used the bell from a chocolate easter bunny for my Puppycat, but if you don’t have a bell you can use the pattern I’ve written above, and then use felt or embroidery to add detail to it as you can see below! You can then attach the bell to the collar, loop it around Puppycat’s neck, and sew the two ends of the collar together.

You can use safety eyes, embroidery, felt or any other method you’d like for Puppycat’s face! I embroidered the eyes between rnds 6-7, about 4 sts apart, then added the mouth in between the eyes and eyebrows directly above.
